When Barinda Strauss Viljoen, established in 2003 her own recruitment services company, she service mainly the Agriculture Industry.  In 2008 she expanded her business to recruit in various industries.

With more than 17 years of recruitment industry experience, her background has proved to be invaluable by providing a high standard of recruitment, screening, evaluation and placement of candidates.

She is passionate helping companies in finding and searching for quality staff that will help them to grow & succeed in their business.

Corzelle de Villiers specialises in assisting Agri-Businesses with their Ethical Audits. 

She holds a diploma in Agricultural Management from Cape Tech.

She provides excellent management solutions and maintenance of systems against industry standards.  Her expertise, adaptability and innovation make her an ideal partner in system structuring and compliance.


health & safety specialist

As a specialist in Health & Safety, Charl addresses it in a very professional and practical way. Charl did his training for Grain SA and the Department of Agriculture.

He was also an Auditor with WIETA as well as being a member of IOSM and SACPCMP-CHSM. Charl has achieved important Health and Safety qualifications, which include amongst others NOSA, Safepro, Safenet Africa and Ergomax.

wynand viljoen

HR & Labour Law Practitioner

Wynand matriculated at Paarl Boys’ High. He then took 4-year teachers training course and started Bellville Technical High School.  He was recruited by CDM, an Anglo-American Diamond mine in Namibia. Within 2 years he was appointed in the Personnel Department as Community Manager.  He studied HR Management at IPB and Industrial Relations at the Business School of the University of Stellenbosch. In 1987 he joined Melsetter Trust in Grabouw as their HR Manager. He started his own business in 1993 and has since then assisted various companies on HR, Labour Law and ESTA mainly but not  exclusively, in Agriculture, which is close to his heart.

Wynand is an Official of the Cape Agri Employers’ Organisation and can thus represent companies at the CCMA and Bargaining Councils. He also presents a variety of training courses and always try to come over as practical as possible.
